Lincoln on the Park Apartments

Lincoln on the Park is a multi-residential development overlooking Hanlon Park in Stones Corner, Brisbane. With 93 apartments over 8 levels, the building features internal breezeways and vertical gardens to bring Lincoln in tune with nature, inspired by the 5.2 hectares of manicured parklands it overlooks.

Archr Design worked with Devcorp, a Brisbane-based developer renowned for executing specialist subdivisions and quality multi-storey developments across Australia’s eastern seaboard, on the D&C contract for Lincoln on the Park Apartments in Brisbane’s south side. Our team was given a unique opportunity to enhance this exciting project with the design of the rooftop pool terrace, creating a welcoming recreational space, and capitalizing on the stunning views of Brisbane. Timber decking covers the entire terrace, with stepped seating and lounge areas containing barbeques and vertical gardens. A raised sun deck with artificial turf gives one an area to recline. The main attraction is the swimming pool, set high above the deck nestled in its own stepped seating, offering views across Brisbane to Mt Coot-Tha.
